We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, engaging leader to assume a pivotal role with taking our Contact Centre to the next level in its ongoing journey of continuous improvement and innovation, across the Wholesale and Tony's teams. 


Reporting to the National Retail Manager, this role is responsible for the management and co-ordination of sales support functions of the Contact Centre.


As Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for not only the daily management and co-ordination of sales support activities within all teams, but also coaching, inspiring and driving others to achieve outstanding results and to perform at the best of their abilities.


Key to your success will be the ability to convey enthusiasm and a sense of purpose in the pursuit of sales conversion, call quality and exceptional levels of customer service at all times and drawing on your strong leadership and communication skills with all members of the Contact Centre team.


Your core responsibilities for this role include:


  • Proven leadership skills in a contact centre environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Proactive response to managing daily operating and performance issues
  • Quality collaboration and communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Windows, MS Office)
  • SAP experience preferred.
