Store Managers for Bridgestone New Zealand Ltd occupy a managerial and leadership role in a Company Store.

The Store Manager is responsible for overall store operations and staff management. Operating an efficient, productive and profitable business is a key focus for the position, including providing exceptional customer service and maintaining customer relationships. 

The following areas are key responsibilities:

Model and promote a Safety First  culture and Health and Safety compliance

Exceptional customer service leadership and delivery

Sales and promotion of products and services

Staff planning and resourcing needs

Store productivity and inventory control

Store presentation

Budget,  planning and also be conversant with profit and loss accounts

Sales and target achievements

Managing employee performance and development

Technical and administrative store operations.

Adherence to all Company policies and standards.

Coaching staff to increase knowledge and skills.

A pre-employment medical and drug screen is part of the recruitment process
