We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Support Centre Representative to join our team at Bridgestone in Ellerslie, Auckland!

We have Full time and Part time roles available!

Monthly bonus!

This position is responsible for responding to incoming sales inquiries from customers and converting these into confirmed sales and bookings at the appropriate company owned store and following up on sales leads by calling customers to convert quotes into sales.

About the role:

• Answer calls and enter the retail queue.
• Adhere to the timetable regarding attendance and punctuality.
• Continually seeks to expand/improve on tyre product knowledge and services, in order to be able to sell these benefits to the customer to close sales.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations, to respond promptly to the needs of the customer.
• Able to follow instructions as well as take responsibility for their actions and also keep commitments.
