We are seeking a capable administrative all-rounder to support our commercial team in Napier.

About you:

You will be an experienced administrator who is able to work without supervision, be happy working with a busy, successful team and have the confidence to take charge and demonstrate initiative. Familiarity with accounts payable, reconciliations and accounts receivable experience is an advantage.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Handling all incoming enquiries
* Processing daily banking and account reconciliation
* Ensuring store administrative functions operate efficiently
* Assisting in the preparation of reports as required,
* Supporting with stock control and process all sales documentation

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

* Strong customer services skills
* Attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP
* Good organizational and administrative skills
* A full clean driver's license
