This is what you will be required to do:


1. Handle all incoming calls quickly and efficiently providing customers with quick service to ensure we have the opportunity to convert inquiries into purchases of Bridgestone and Firestone products and services.
2. Build and maintain good relationships with Bridgestone customers and staff.
3. Preparation of all reports as required by the Store Manager, Retail Manager and /or National Support Office.
4. Maintain accuracy and security of all Company information.
5. Process all sales documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
6. Ensure office environment and equipment are well presented and maintained to a clean and tidy standard.
7. Ensure personal presentation and grooming is maintained to a standard acceptable to Bridgestone and customers' expectations.
8. Complete all work following safe practices and procedures so as to ensure the safety of oneself, fellow employees, customers and site visitors.
9. Handle all other related issues as directed by the Store Manager from time to time.
10. Immediately report any breaches of policy, procedure or good practice to the Store Manager or Commercial Stores Manager.


■ Process daily banking and account reconciliation.
■ Constantly monitor the Ticket Control reports and follow up as necessary.
■ Monitor the Stock in Transit Reports and follow up as necessary.
■ Processing and the maintenance of all Purchase orders.
■ Monitor Petty Cash and till floats ensuring they balance at all times.
■ Ensuring manager is aware of the service status of all Company vehicles.
■ Assist the manager with regular stock checks and following up any discrepancies.
■ Collate and authorise all Accounts Payable invoices.
■ Contact customers with overdue accounts to ensure strict credit control.
