We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and engaging leader to assume the responsibility for the daily running and management of all aspects of a busy retail contact centre.


To be successful in this role you will: 

  • Possess a clear, friendly and dynamic managerial style to ensure your team can achieve performance targets, speed, efficiency, sales conversions, accuracy and ensure customer service quality is maintained
  • Ensure customer service expectations are met, resulting in increased sales conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Manage call monitoring programs to ensure best practice is achieved
  • Possess excellent coaching and mentoring skills to bring team members up to optimum levels of effectiveness and efficiency
  • Coordinate and organise staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required
  • Accurate customer data management within BSNZ CRM environment


You will ideally have: 

  • Contact Centre experience of 3 years or more
  • Proven Contact Centre leadership and managerial experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent Computer/ IT Skills
  • Working experience with SAP desirable
  • Some Saturday work may be required
